WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The team programs of Ocean Sailing Challenges are there for all organisations, large and small, who want to work on team building or want to elevate their existing teams to high performing teams in a short time. Each program is suitable for groups of 4 to 96 people. Unlimited numbers can be accommodated by running identical programs on different days.
For participation no sailing experience is required. The yachts we use are expertly staffed and meet the highest safety requirements. The skipper and the crew provide continuous professional coaching and guidance on all sailing skills necessary to complete the program successfully.

We offer a customised program that facilitates a change in behaviour within the team to positively affect the performance of the team and your organisation. Although the program is fun, exciting and above all a unique sailing experience, its focus is on the application in the workplace of what has been learned on board, achieved through using the High Performing Team model and workbook.
Participants learn not only the importance of their function and to communicate as a cohesive group, but also how they can use that knowledge to achieve better performance. Each team closes the event with an action plan, setting out specific goals to improve the team and the organisation, thus ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
