Ocean Sailing Challenges has developed three programs that focus on team building and creating high performing teams. These programs range from one to three days, depending on what your team needs to ensure that we achieve your desired results. In addition, we utilise the strong combination of sailing on an ocean racing yacht, our High Performing development and a special workbook which all teams can start immediately.
